Classic Fluffy Sour Cream Pancakes
Inspired by the Oakville Club's pancake breakfast, this is my take on their "Apple Pancakes", soft fluffy pancakes, with thinly sliced apples and sweet maple syrup. A delicious morning treat!

Classic Pancakes
serves 3-4 makes 6-8 pancakes total cooking time: 30 mins
ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla syrup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1-2 tsp cooking oil
- sliced apples or fruit for serving
- preheat non-stick skillet on medium/low
- grease the pan with cooking oil
- in a mixing bowl, sift together the dry ingredients; flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and baking powder
- mix well, add wet ingredients; melted butter, vanilla syrup, sour cream, milk, and egg
- mix well, but don't over mix, the batter may have some small lumps
- measure 1/4 cup of pancake mix, they will expand in the pan, leave space between the pancakes
- add to pan, let cook until you see lots of bubbles form 3-4 mins
- flip, and continue to cook for a few minutes 2-3 mins
- serve with thinly sliced apples and maple syrup for a delicious breakfast!

In the directions you have stir in sour cream, cream, milk but in the ingredients list you don't have cream. Could you clarify please?
