Sauté Brussels Sprouts
Total cooking time: 10mins Serves: 2-3
Ingredients
• 3 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
• 2 sweet peppers, cut in to 2 inch pieces
• 1 shallot, cut thin
• 1 tbsp butter
Directions
• heat a nonstick pan on medium, add butter
• add veggies and sauté until soft
