Easy Ginger Garlic Skillet Duck Breast
I love making duck, but it’s so hard to find lately. So when we saw it at Costco in the frozen section, we were excited to try it, I usually get fresh duck. Duck is rich in iron, and providing you 50% of the iron you need in a day. Duck breast is a darker meat, it has the texture of a soft steak and can also be prepared like steak. I started with an Asian ginger-garlic inspired marinate, and butter bath it like a steak. The duck came out soft and delicious! Give this super easy recipe a try!
