If you never had a Starbucks Pink Drink, you're missing out - and if you have, you know why I'm so excited about this recipe. There’s something about a Starbucks Pink Drink that just feels like a little moment of tropical sunshine - light and sweet, the Pink Drink is a Strawberry Açaí Refreshers base combined with creamy coconut milk instead of water —it's so delicious!

So I started making my own version at home, and honestly… It’s even better. Not to mention much healthier, using real fruits like pineapple, mango, dragonfruit, and passion fruit, you get the same taste, but with wholesome ingredients. This homemade Pink Drink is something you have to try!

I’ve been using my Ninja Blast portable blender from Costco, and it’s become one of my favorite kitchen tools. It’s small, powerful, and so easy to use—perfect for quick blends without pulling out a big machine. I use it for everything from chocolate smoothies to homemade ice cream, and now this refreshing pink drink whenever I want a sweet, healthy treat.

This version is fruity, lightly creamy, and naturally energizing—perfect for warm days or when you need a little pick-me-up.

Ingredients for a Single Serving

  • 300 ml Nature’s Tropical Fruit Medley (pineapple, mango, dragonfruit, passion fruit)

  • 2/3 cup water (or just enough to slightly cover the fruit)

  • 1/2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp full-fat whipping cream or coconut cream (for a more authentic flavour)

  • 1/8 tsp vanilla sugar (or a little more, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add the Fruit
Add your frozen tropical fruit medley to the blender.

  2. Build the Base
Pour in water until the fruit is just slightly covered. This helps everything blend smoothly without watering it down.

  3. First Blend
Blend until the fruit starts to break down. Since the fruit is very frozen, you may need to gently shake the blender to help it along.

  4. Add Cream & Flavor
Add the whipping cream (or coconut cream) and vanilla sugar.

  5. Blend Until Smooth
Blend again until creamy, smooth, and that beautiful soft pink color forms.

  6. Serve & Enjoy
Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy immediately.

Why You’ll Love This

  • Budget-friendly – a fraction of the Starbucks price

  • Quick & easy – ready in minutes

  • Naturally energizing – packed with tropical fruit

  • Customizable – adjust sweetness or creaminess to your taste

This has become one of my go-to drinks when I want something refreshing but still nourishing. It feels indulgent, but it’s actually full of real ingredients that leave you feeling good.

It’s one of those simple recipes that turns an ordinary moment into something a little more special ✨

Enjoy!
