Deep Fried 'Ready for Game Night' Crispy Deep Fried Buffalo Chicken Wings
Making crispy restaurant-style chicken wings may seem a little daunting but it's quite easy! With a little bit of prep, you can make your own delicious crispy chicken wings in under 45 mins! Add carrot and celery sticks along with your favorite ranch, barbeque, or my garlic buffalo sauce for a simple tasty game night. Give this quick recipe a try!

ingredients
- 20 wingettes and drumettes (prep wings by cutting them in the joints, discard wing end)
- 6 cups of cooking oil
- 3 carrots matched sticked
- 4 celery matched sticked
- ranch sauce (optional)
buffalo sauce ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 3-4 garlic minced
- 1 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
direction
- fill a wok or a large pot with cooking oil, you want a few inches of oil, covering the wings but not overfilling, you want shallow oil, you'll be making the wings in batches
- cook wingettes and drumettes separately, this will ensure even cooking
- heat oil to 240 degrees - have your oil guard ready, there will be some splattering
- using long metal tongs, slowly add 8-10, one at a time, let the bubbles go down before adding more
- cook wingettes for 8-10 minutes, cook drumettes for 12-14 minutes,
- using a slated ladle, turn about three times for even cooking, cook until golden
- add a paper towel to a strainer, using ladle place the chicken on the paper towel
- the chicken will get darker with time
- meanwhile...
- on medium heat, in a saucepan, combine buffalo sauce ingredients
- let simmer, remove
- drench chicken
- serve with carrots, celery, and ranch sauce
