The World's Best Pasta Salad

Pasta salad is my favorite dish to bring to holiday pot luck dinners, it's quick and delicious! This easy recipe is always a crowd favorite, everyone will ask you to share this simple recipe. Give it a try!

total cooking time: 30 mins serves:5-6

ingredients

salad dressing

• 3 cloves garlic
• 1/2 cup mayo
• 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• salt and pepper

• 2-2 1/2 cup of pasta cooked
• 1/3 red sweet pepper, diced
• 1/3 yellow pepper, diced
• 1/3 carrot, diced
• 1/2 celery, diced
• 1/2 small onion, diced

directions

• in a hand blender, add dressing ingredients and blend until smooth
• in a bowl combine salad ingredients and dressing together 
• let sit for 10 minutes in the fridge and serve
