Recipe: "Must-Try" Delicious Butterfly Baked Potatoes

 

Butterfly Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Serves 2 Total Cooking Time: 50 mins

ingredients

• 2 - 4 yellow potatoes (depending on how many you want per serving)
• 1 tsp rosemary
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp chili pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 3 tbsp melted butter
• 2 tbsp cooking oil
• (Skip melting the butter: I make cut small slices of butter and place two or three in between the space)

directions

1. preheat oven to 400 degree
2. cut into the potato, creating slices but not all the way through
3. place the pan on a baking sheet
4. in a bowl add spices, butter, and cooking oil
5. cover potatoes with the spice mix
6. bake until cooked about 40-45 mins
7. serve warm and garnish with sour cream and onions
