Recipe: "Must-Try" Delicious Perfect BBQ Flank Steak




This quick and delicious Flank Steak recipe is one of my favorite ways to prepare steak. It's always so tender and juicy! Try it today! 

Flank Steak Recipe


ingredients
  • 1 flank steak
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp cooking oil
directions

  1. combine flank steak and marinate, let sit for 20 minutes or overnight for best flavor
  2. remove steak 30 mins before grilling, it will grill better at room temperature
  3. preheat BBQ grill to 400 degrees, make sure grill is clean and greased
  4. add flank steak to the grill
  5. let cook for 5 minutes, then flip and continue to cook for another 6 -7 minutes for medium
  6. add more time if you would like your steak to be medium well
  7. remove, let sit for 2-3 minutes, cut against the grain
  8. serve with potatoes for a perfect dinner
