Recipe: "Must-Try" Delicious Perfect BBQ Flank Steak
This quick and delicious Flank Steak recipe is one of my favorite ways to prepare steak. It's always so tender and juicy! Try it today!
- 1 flank steak
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp cooking oil
- combine flank steak and marinate, let sit for 20 minutes or overnight for best flavor
- remove steak 30 mins before grilling, it will grill better at room temperature
- preheat BBQ grill to 400 degrees, make sure grill is clean and greased
- add flank steak to the grill
- let cook for 5 minutes, then flip and continue to cook for another 6 -7 minutes for medium
- add more time if you would like your steak to be medium well
- remove, let sit for 2-3 minutes, cut against the grain
- serve with potatoes for a perfect dinner
