What are glass noodles?
ReplyDeleteAlso known as vermicelli noodles really thin dry noodles as in Singapore noodle dish.
DeleteNo idea. And why this recipe is terrible
ReplyDeleteGlass noodles are a clear, rather transparent noodle, made of starch and water. You can easily find them in most grocery stores in the international section. 🙄 What a poor previous post review of a recipe just because they could not discern one ingredient.
