Vietnamese Garlic Sesame 'Bok Choy'
serves 2-3 total cooking time 10 mins
ingredients
- 3-4 cups bok choy
- 1 tsp cooking oil
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- preheat a pan on medium, add 1 tsp of cooking oil
- cut the end off the bok choy, place the leaves in a colander
- and rinse them underwater
- add garlic in the pan
- add the bok choy in the pan
- add soy sauce and sesame oil
- let cook down about 5-7 minutes
- serve warm
- garnish with sesame seeds
