Easiest Yummy Soft and Doughy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Who doesn't like freshly baked cookies? Especially, fat, soft and doughy ones like these perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies! They are just like the ones you get from the store except they're homemade. Give this quick and easy recipe a try.
Soft and Doughy Chocolate Chip Cookies
yield 20 cookies
ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup butter, melted, slightly cooled
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2/3 granulated sugar
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 egg
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
directions
- preheat oven to 350 degrees, line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- in a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt: Set aside
- in a large bowl, beat together the butter, sugars, vanilla, and the vinegar until smooth
- beat in egg, until combined
- mix the flour mixture into the wet mixture just until combined, stir in chocolate chips
- using a large cookie scoop, about 2 rounded tablespoons
- place 3 inches apart on baking sheet
- bake for 8-10 minutes, until they look light brown around and undercooked in the center
- remove from oven and allow to continue baking for 10 minutes on baking sheet
- move to rack to cool
- enjoy!
store these yummy chocolate chip cookies in a ziplock bag or airtight container for 3-5 days in room temperature, or freeze and enjoy within 30 days, simply microwave for 60 seconds or leave it to get to room temperature before devouring
tip for later baking: simply plastic wrap your cookie dough and store in the fridge to bake later within 3 days or place in freezer in a tightly sealed ziplock bag to bake within one month
