Cinnamon French Toast - Immunity Booster Super Spice

I've been trying to add more cinnamon to our diet, since its so good for your immunity. Cinnamon is anti-viral, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial. Its also full of antioxidants with anti-inflammatory effects, cinnamon also reduces blood pressure, lowers blood sugar and aids digestion. This super spice is delicious in my 'Cinnamon French Toast' recipe. Serve with fresh fruits, this will sure become a family favorite. Great for breakfast or anytime of the day. Cinnamon French Toast

serves 2 total cooking time:20 mins

ingredients

  • 4 slices of cinnamon french toast
  • 4 tsp of butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1½ tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 3 tsp of brown sugar
  • 3 tsp of 35% cream or milk
directions
  1. preheat a non-stick pan on medium
  2. whisk all ingredients in a bowl except for the bread and butter
  3. soak one slice of bread in mixture, drench both sides
  4. add 1 tsp of butter on the pan, spread evenly
  5. place a slice on the pan and cook until bottom is golden brown, flip and cook the other side the same
  6. sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, topped off with fresh berries and your favorite maple syrup
