These brownies are so rich that it's easy to mistake them for store-bought brownies. The perfect glossy crackled chocolate top with dark chocolate bits, this fudge brownie taste exactly like the grocery-store bought brownies but made with wholesome ingredients. With four eggs and a whole cup of butter, this is a delicious high protein treat.  The best part is that it tastes even better the next day. This fudgy brownie stays soft, chewy and chocolatey for days,  it's absolutely delicious!

World's Fudgiest Brownies Recipe

The World's Best Fudgiest Brownies

total baking time: 25 minutes serving: 16 pieces

ingredients
  • 1 cup butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup premium cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped dark chocolate

directions
  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. butter a 9x9x2 inch baking pan
  3. in a mixing bowl, whisk together butter, cooking oil, white sugar, and brown sugar
  4. add eggs one at a time, add vanilla, whisk for another minute
  5. sift in salt, flour, cocoa powder, gently fold,  add 1/4 of the chopped dark chocolate, don't overmix
  6. the batter should be thick
  7. add brownie batter to baking pan
  8. spread the rest of the chopped dark chocolate on top of the brownie batter
  9. bake for 25-30 minutes for soft chewy brownies
  10. you want the brownie to be a little undercooked
  11. insert a toothpick it should come out with some chocolate, it will continue to cook in the pan 
  12. remove and let sit for 5 minutes
  13. cut into squares, best kept in a ziplock bag
  14. will keep up for 4 days in the fridge
