The Best 8 Minute Double Chocolate Cookies - Soft and Chewy Must Try Cookies

Rich, soft, and chewy these double white chocolate chip cookies are amazing! Made with chopped bakers white chocolate, these cookies only need 8 minutes to bake.  Store them in an airtight container, and they're even better the next day. Give this awesome recipe a try the next time you're having a sugar craving!

The Best Double White Chocolate Chip Cookies

makes up to 16 cookies total baking time: 20 minutes

ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup butter melted
  • 2 tsp vanilla 
  • 2 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 6 oz bakers chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cups of chocolate chip 

directions

  1. in a mixer combine butter, white sugar, brown sugar, until creamy for about 3 minutes
  2. add eggs, and vanilla, mix for 1 minute
  3. in a separate medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt
  4. add dry ingredients to mixer on medium for 3 minutes
  5. fold in chopped chocolates
  6. using a piece of saran wrap, place over dough, and press to tightly cover the dough
  7. chill dough for 30 minutes in the fridge
  8. when ready to bake, preheat the oven to 365 degrees
  9. make 1.5 tbsp dough balls, flatten, place a few white chocolate chips on top
  10. allow 2 inches between as the cookies will expand
  11. bake for 6 minutes, let sit on baking pan for 2 minutes before moving to a cooling rack
  12. allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes
  13. cookies are best kept in an air-tight container for up to 5 days
  14. enjoy!
