Quick and Easy Tuna Wrap - Healthy Lunches
Whenever I'm tight on time or need a high-protein meal, I turn to my quick and easy Tuna Wrap. Packed with fresh ingredients and simple flavors, it’s a satisfying, healthy option that you can whip up in minutes—perfect for lunch on the go or a light dinner! Give this easy recipe a try! (If you don't have tortilla you can also use brioche buns, add some melted cheese and you'll have a tuna melt! Yum!)
Tuna Wrap
Serves 1 Total Cooking Time: 10 mins
Ingredients
- 1 can tuna
- 1/2 pickle, diced
- 1/4 onion, diced
- 3 tbsp mayo
- 1 squeeze of lemon
- handful of lettuce
- 1 tortilla
Directions
- in a bowl combine tuna, pickle, onions, mayo, and lemon juice, mix well
- lay tortilla on a flat cutting board, add lettuce to the middle, layer with tuna
- fold sides in, and upwards, roll tightly, and cut diagonally, serve fresh
- enjoy!
