This easy McDonald's Copycat Spinach Feta Wrap is super quick and delicious. Try this easy wrap recipe for an energized morning!
McDonald's Copycat Spinach Feta Wrap
Serves 2 Cooking Time: 5 Minutes Total Cooking Time: 15 minutes
ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cups spinach
- 4 tbsp feta cheese
- 4 slices tomato
- 6 sliced cucumbers sliced long
- 2 tortilla
- preheat a non-stick skillet on medium/high
- mix egg and milk together in a bowl
- add to skillet, let the egg set a little, take a wooden spoon and break it up as it cooks
- add butter, and finish cooking
- lay a tortilla on a flat plate
- add spinach, a few spoonfuls of scrambled eggs, tomato and cucumber slices
- sprinkle feta cheese
- wrap by lifting the lower flap upwards, then the two sides inwards
- serve with a side of yogurt and fresh berries for a healthy delicious breakfast!
