Vietnamese Shrimp & Sausage Fried Rice
Serves 2 Total Cooking Time: 30 mins
ingredients
- 8-10 shrimps
- 1/2 Vietnamese sausage diced
- 3 cups veggies diced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp ginger grated
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 2 cup cooked rice
directions
- preheat skillet on medium
- add 1 tbsp cooking oil
- add shrimp until golden
- remove, set aside
- add sausage, cook until golden
- remove, set aside
- add veggies
- cook until golden
- slide veggies to side
- add 1 tsp oil
- crack egg
- let cook then scramble
- mix into veggies
- return shrimp and sausage
- add rice, and incorporate well
- in a bowl mix 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp brown sugar
- add sauce and fish sauce
- incorporate well
- serve and garnish with green onions
