Vietnamese Shrimp Fried Rice Recipe

Vietnamese Shrimp & Sausage Fried Rice 

Serves 2 Total Cooking Time: 30 mins





ingredients

  • 8-10 shrimps
  • 1/2 Vietnamese sausage diced
  • 3 cups veggies diced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 2 cup cooked rice

directions

  1. preheat skillet on medium
  2. add 1 tbsp cooking oil
  3. add shrimp until golden
  4. remove, set aside
  5. add sausage, cook until golden
  6. remove, set aside
  7. add veggies
  8. cook until golden
  9. slide veggies to side
  10. add 1 tsp oil
  11. crack egg
  12. let cook then scramble
  13. mix into veggies
  14. return shrimp and sausage
  15. add rice, and incorporate well
  16. in a bowl mix 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp brown sugar
  17. add sauce and fish sauce
  18. incorporate well
  19. serve and garnish with green onions
