Recipe: "Must-Try" Delicious Vietnamese Shrimp and Fish Noodle Soup - Bun Tom Ca

Vietnamese noodle soups always remind me of my mom and comfort. Especially since she used to make noodle bowls whenever I wasn't feeling well and didn't have the appetite.

Here's my simple version of her Vietnamese Bun Ca or Vietnamese Fish Noodle Soup; a sweet and tangy, grilled fish and shrimp noodle soup bowl. Yum!

This recipe takes a little bit more effort but it definitely pays off!
