- 2-4 tiger shrimps
- 1 tsp chili pepper flakes
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
to dethaw shrimp or prawns, place them in a ziplock and run under cold water for 10 minutes or until dethawed
- rinse and paper towel dry shrimps
- on medium/high heat, in a non-stick skillet, add oil and butter
- add garlic and chili pepper flakes, let cook for 1 minute, avoid browning
- add shrimps, cook 2 minutes on each side, add 1 minute if they are larger shrimps, don't overcook
- serve on rice or garlic mash potatoes
