Easy and Delicious Breakfast Flatbread
total cooking time: 20 minutes serves 1
ingredients- 1 flatbread
- 2 tbsp truffle olive oil
- 1 small tomato
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp parsley
- preheat oven to 375 degrees
- place flatbread on a baking sheet, drizzle truffle olive oil evenly on flatbread
- add sliced tomatoes
- crack two eggs on the flatbread
- bake for 10 minutes, or until the eggs are almost set
- remove and let sit for 2 minutes, sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and parsley
- enjoy!
