Cheesy Baked Sweet Pepper Eggs - Breakfast Recipe

Cheesy Baked Sweet Pepper Eggs
serves 2 total cooking time: 50mins
ingredients
- 2 sweet pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tbsp milk
- salt and pepper
- baked at 350 for 45 mins
directions
- prebake oven at 350 degrees
- line baking tray with aluminum foil
- cut peppers in half and remove seeds, lay sweet pepper on a tray
- in a small bowl, add eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, mix well
- pour egg mixture into your sweet peppers
- place baking tray into the oven, bake for 30-40 minutes, or until cooked
- remove and add cheese, broil for 5 minutes until cheese is melted
- allow to sit for 2 minutes, serve warm
