Cheesy Baked Sweet Pepper Eggs - Breakfast Recipe

Sweet peppers are full of nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin C, and potassium. It's great for your skin and rich in antioxidants. I love having Sweet Pepper with Egg, the sweetness of the pepper and cheesy egg makes breakfast a little more tasty and fun. Give this easy recipe a try!



Cheesy Baked Sweet Pepper Eggs

serves 2 total cooking time: 50mins

ingredients

  • 2 sweet pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tbsp milk
  • salt and pepper
  • baked at 350 for 45 mins

directions

  1. prebake oven at 350 degrees
  2. line baking tray with aluminum foil
  3. cut peppers in half and remove seeds, lay sweet pepper on a tray
  4. in a small bowl, add eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, mix well
  5. pour egg mixture into your sweet peppers
  6. place baking tray into the oven, bake for 30-40 minutes, or until cooked
  7. remove and add cheese, broil for 5 minutes until cheese is melted
  8. allow to sit for 2 minutes, serve warm
