Having the best tapioca(also known as bubbles or bobas) is extremely important to a bubble tea cafe. Besides having great drinks, the taste of our tapioca is what often brings the customers back. Delicious tapioca is key to an authentic bubble tea drink.

The best tasting tapioca is soft, chewy and sweet with a little hint of maple syrup.

The secret to having the best tapioca is ensuring that it has time to sit in simple syrup. This enhances the texture and taste of your bobas!
