Quick and Easy Beef Teriyaki Noodles
Noodles are a great way to change up dinner. Try this quick and easy Beef Teriyaki Noodles recipe the next time your craving some noodles!
Beef Teriyaki Noodles
total cooking time: 45 mins serves 3-4
ingredients
- 2-3 serving spaghettini cooked per package
- 1 flank steak, sliced against the grain, bite-size
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup sweet pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup sweet onion, shredded
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil, divided
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 green onion for garnish
- 1 tbsp sesame oil for garnish
- salt and pepper
directions
- cook pasta or noodles per direction set aside
- cut steak against the grain, bite-size, toss in cornstarch, set aside
- shred veggies, set aside
- preheat a medium wok, add 1 tbsp sesame oil, add ginger and garlic,
- add beef in two separate batches, add salt and pepper
- cook until brown, remove and set aside
- in a small bowl, add soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, Worcestershire sauce, water and cornstarch
- mix well, set aside
- add veggies to the wok, cook until soft, remove, set aside
- add sauce, let simmer for 2-3 minutes
- return veggies, beef, and noodles
- mix well, serve warm
- garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
